FOUNDATIONS
Fillactive is the leading expert organization on physical activity for girls. Its mission is to encourage teenage girls to be active for life. Its flagship program aims to develop non-competitive multi-sport teams in Quebec secondary schools. According to Fillactive, the key to success in promoting the discovery and practice of physical activity among teenage girls is to focus on a judgment-free, pressure-free, and non-competitive environment that emphasizes the enjoyment of movement! Fillactive encourages the inclusion of young people regardless of their abilities, weight, physical condition, ethnic or cultural background, functional limitations, as well as their gender identity or sexual orientation.

Meet Yosra
The face of Blumiral.
Yosra’s journey with Blumiral started long before the brand even existed. She was an intern at E2metrix when the pandemic changed everything. In response, the team launched a new project: Oxwell a company born out of urgency, innovation, and a desire to protect.
Yosra became employee number one when Oxwell took flight as its own company, working closely with its founder, Mohamed Laaroussi, to bring hypochlorous acid (HOCl) based disinfectants to life.
But for Yosra, and for the team around the table, HOCl wasn’t just about disinfection, it was about discovery.
Since she was a child, skincare had been her quiet obsession. She would ask her mom to let her apply creams and lotions, fascinated by textures, scents, and the ritual of care. So, when she learned about HOCl’s gentle yet powerful properties for skin, everything suddenly made sense.
The science the team worked on and the passion she carried all along came together.
That moment sparked what would become Blumiral: a skincare line born from collaboration, curiosity, and heart. With the support of Oxwell’s founder, Yosra helped guide the brand from concept to creation, grounded in science, driven by care, hypochlorous acid and the soul of skincare.
Today, Yosra is the Co-founder of the Beach House Studio and the face of Blumiral. She represents the spirit behind its beautiful mission.
